Refund policy

Please note that must notify us that you are canceling an order BEFORE we ship for a full refund. However, if you order a product that is being shipped from Guatemala, the order must be canceled that SAME DAY for a full refund. Since we are nonprofit, we cannot offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please email marketing@cojolya.org.gt.
